CRM list prices, October 2026
Entry CRMs cost $7 to $25 per seat per month. Pro CRMs cost $39 to $100 per seat per month, and HubSpot prices its Professional tier per account rather than per seat: $800 a month on annual billing for three seats, plus a one-time $3,000 onboarding fee. A three-person team will spend between $252 and $12,600 in year one depending on which of those two worlds it chooses.

Reading the table honestly
Two of these numbers are not like the others. The HubSpot Starter price is a promotional rate for new customers, so it is the cheapest number here and the least durable. The HubSpot Professional total includes a one-time onboarding fee, which is real money in year one and disappears in year two.
