What to send where
A price correction
Send the URL of the page on this site, the vendor pricing page you are reading, and the number you see. Corrections get priority and are usually fixed the same week. If you are a vendor and a figure on this site is out of date, this is the fastest way to get it changed, and it will be changed whether or not the new number flatters you.
A question about a number
Ask. If the arithmetic behind a table is unclear, that is a page that needs improving, not a reader who needs to try harder.
Anything else
Press, partnerships that do not involve a ranking, and general questions all go to the same address.
What I do not do
Paid placement, sponsored comparisons, or a guarantee that a product will appear favourably. Requests like that get a polite no, and the no is the same on every page of this site.
Response time
Usually a few working days. If your message is a correction with a source, it moves to the front.
